Wyndhamvale Health Care welcomes your telephone enquiries. In an emergency, telephone calls for doctors are directly put through to a doctor. At all other times, our friendly staff will take a message and forward it to the doctor for a follow up.

Repeat Prescriptions
Repeat prescriptions will not be written without a consultation. A consultation is needed to review your condition and medication.
Interpreters
If you require an interpreter, the reception staff will call the Translating and Interpreter Service (TIS) for over-the-phone assistance when you arrive at the clinic. If you require an on-site interpreter, you are able to bring a family member or friend into the consultation, or we can arrange an on-site interpreter with some notice.

Recall and Reminder Systems
Wyndhamvale Health Care nursing staff recalls all patients for abnormal test results or if the doctor wishes to discuss test results with you. The practice has a policy of not disclosing test results over the telephone.
Wyndhamvale Health Care offers our patients a reminder service for a number of tests. These include, but are not limited to:
