Fee Schedule
Wyndhamvale Health Care is a mixed billing clinic
Bulk-billing is available to eligible patients. To be eligible patients must make an appointment and:
be aged under 16 years or
hold a valid and current Health Care Card or
hold a valid and current Pension card or
hold a Department of Veteran Affairs card
Patients who do not have an appointment (walk-in patients) will be charged an additional fee.
Non-Attendance Fee
Patients that fail to attend their GP appointment or cancel their appointment with less than 2 hours' notice will be charged a fee of $27.50
Patients that fail to attend their Psychologist appointment or cancel their appointment with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a fee of $55.00
Walk-in Fee
Patients who walk-in to our clinic without an appointment will be charged an additional fee.

Patients requiring dressings
All patients for dressings will be charged an extra $10.00 to cover the costs of dressings.
Procedure appointments
Procedures may attract additional fees. Please discuss the fees for procedures with your doctor.
Pre-employment Medicals, VicRoads Medicals and Life Insurance Medicals
Pre-employment Medicals, VicRoads Medicals, Life Insurance Medicals are not covered by Medicare. This service will attract an out of pocket fee. To discuss these fees please call us on (03) 9742 5148.
Consultation Fees
Patients without a Medicare card
Please contact Medicare Australia on 13 20 11 if your Medicare card has expired or to arrange a replacement if it is due to expire.
Patients who do not hold a current Medicare card will be billed the following:
Standard consultations (item number 53 or 23) are $75.00
Long consultations (item 54 or 36) are $121.00
Prolonged consultations (item 57 or 44) are $158.00
International Students and Overseas Visitors
Patients who have AHM, Allianz, BUPA, Medibank NIB Overseas Student Health Cover, or NIB Overseas Visitor Cover will be required to pay consultation fees as follows:
Standard consultation: $75.00
Long consultation: $121.00 and a prolonged consultation $158.00.
A receipt will be issued to you after payment for submission to your Insurer.
